Anil Dwivedi

Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Anil has more than 25 years of experience in the field of Security and Manpower related services. He started his venture with a count of only 15 Guards and it took only three years for him to flourish his expansions with a rate of 500% and the count continues to increase with every passing year. Client satisfaction and staff welfare are on top of his priority lists. His mantra of success is, he believes in his employees and considers his team as his greatest strength. He is a proud entrepreneur who has always maintained to touch the lives of his employees. His vision of not compromising with any financial benefits passed on to the staff, has always helped the organization to be on the right side of the Government authorities on compliance. He is working hard to make ANSEC a pan-India player in security services. He believes and carries forward the message to “Stay Loyal to Organization and Organization will always be loyal to you”. His other attributes include excellent leadership, blessed with foresightedness, calm, kind-hearted, respect to humanity and he never loses focus on his goals in life.

Pradnya Dwivedi

Director
Pradnya Dwivedi is the Promoter Director of ANSEC. She leads the Finance and Administration function of the organization. She has been instrumental in implementing best industry practices for effective control and monitoring of the Finance function.

N.K. Muraly

Jt. C.E.O.
Mr. Muraly is a Qualified HR professional with over 20 years of experience in many Reputed and Blue Chip Organizations. Mr. Muraly was instrumental in forming Ansec and laying the foundation of the vision along with Mr. Anil Dwivedi. His Forte is Business Development & PR and commands a very high respect among his peers from the Industry. His strategies on Client Acquisition have seen Ansec reach new heights in business in India.

Prakash Chavan

Promoter Director
Prakash is the Promoter Director of ANSEC and leads the pan-India operations team. Prakash is ex-CRPF and has about two decades of experience in the security operations. His strengths include strong understanding of security dynamics for a particular industry, effective local liaisons and effective and efficient leadership. Prakash is a strong enabler and has always been at the forefront during any crisis/emergencies, new security deployment and any situation which demands extra attention.

Bapu Pingale

Independent Director
Mr. Bapu Pingale is an eminent HR/IR/PR professional having rich experience in the field of Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Public Relations.
An Arts Graduate since 1977, Mr. Bapu Pingale went on to complete his post-graduation in Human Resource from the Pune University.
Mr. Pingale has over 35 years of experience with different organisations in the areas of people development, partnering with business and corporate communication. He has been instrumental in resolving issues related to employee relations, business development and general administration successfully. He additionally excels in HR functions, Industrial Relations and Employee Training & Development.
Mr. Pingale is an out-of-box thinker and ‘big-picture’ person, with the capability of addressing behaviour related issues. He has an ability to interact effectively with the people of all strata. He has wide experience in managing diverse cultures, approaches, feelings and attitudes through development of Common Business Language.

Somnath Shetkar

Senior General Manager - Operations
Somnath Ramchandra Shetkar is associated with ANSEC HR Organization since two and a half years. He is taking care of Operations in the organization as Head of Operations and Investigations. He is consistently putting his sincere efforts in rooting the strengths and diligence among the employees. His professional background is a story of his glorious achievements. He served the Maharashtra State Police as Senior Inspector of Police for more than two decades. Before joining the Police force, he contributed in the Indian Air Force as Senior Non-Commission Officer. His meritorious work was well recognised by the nation and he was honoured with the Awardee of President’s Police Medal on 26th January 2011. Being academically raised as a graduate from Jodhpur University, he completed his B.A., L.L.B. He further enhanced his academical skills with Post Graduation degree in Personal Management and LLP from Pune University. His brilliance and his honesty towards his duties have made him a man of excellence.

Amit Ekbote

CRM Head, Marketing and Compliance
He heads Marketing, CRM and Compliance function of the Company. He comes with over 20 years of experience in diversified industries viz. Mining, Logistics, IT, Sea Port Operations and Exports. He has led Finance, Commercial, Operations, Projects, HR and CRM functions in his previous organizations. One of his core strengths is in establishing an effective CRM function at ANSEC.

Pradeep Shinde

G.M. - Business Development and CRM
Mr Pradeep Shinde, a Disciplined Air Warrior, has dedicatedly served for two decades in Indian Air Force and has 15 years of Corporate Professional Experience in Administration, Operations, Business Development and Customer Relationship Management. He has a First Class Graduate Degree in Public Administration, P.G.D.H.R.M. from I.I.M.M., Pune and Diploma in E&TC.
He has In-Depth Knowledge and Experience of Service Industry from Basics to Delivery. He strongly believes in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Relations by providing Cost Effective Services with Integration of Technology and Trained Human Resource which is a paramount to any Service Industry. His passion is to provide necessary platform to Rural Undergraduate Youth by imparting Skills/Training to make them Self-Reliant.

Banit Kumar

Chief Financial Officer (C.F.O.)
Banit has obtained his Bachelors of Commerce in Marketing from Symbiosis College, Pune. He completed his C.A. and C.S. Degrees from Pune.
Banit Kumar joined Ansec as Chief Financial Officer in February 2018. In this position, he is responsible for the Overall Financial Strategy and Direction at Ansec. Within Finance, he guides the Controller, Shareholder Relations, Accounting, Tax, and Internal Audit Functions to pursue the company’s aggressive growth strategy.
In the role of Chief Financial Officer, he provides executives with timely and accurate financial statements, ongoing cash flow projections, oversight over accounting and finance operations, as well as design and maintenance of the financial reporting structures.

Pramod Saindane

Head - Accounts
Pramod Saindane is working with the profile of Account Manager in ANSEC HR since more than a decade. In his current role, he is taking care of all the aspects of financial transactions and accounts related responsibilities of the organization. He is also handling the documentation part of the statuaries up to balance sheet. Earlier, he was working with Sony World for 3 years. He is a commerce post graduate with a degree of M. Com and professional diploma in Diploma of Computer Management. He had done his education from Pune University. He feels that the level of motivation and enthusiasm, he carries with him is because of the healthy environment he gets at ANSEC. His journey with ANSEC so far had brought a lot of learning to him that has helped him to be a better person, both on professional as well as personal grounds.

Anuja Chindarkar

Manager - Compliance
Anuja Chindarkar is one of the assets of ANSEC HR team who has contributed more than 12 years of her professional life for the benefit of the organization. She still possesses the same enthusiasm of giving her best shot of performance in her work. She holds the technical degree of BSc. Computer. As soon as she completed her graduation, she joined the organization in June 2005. Her job responsibilities includes carrying out the regular audits, taking care of the legal documentation of the company as well as keeping a regular check to ensure the smooth running of PF and ESIC of the company’s employee. She started her journey as a professional with reaching the first step of learning at ANSEC HR. From a fresher to an experienced employee, she has covered a long way. Her proactive decisive thinking had made her to conquer all the challenges that have come across her path with flying colours.

Shahjahan Sheikh

Assistant Manager - Finance
Shahjahan Sheikh is working as a Senior Assistant Accountant and is handling the account department of ANSEC HR since 2006. Her job responsibilities include handling of various transactions and managing them from time to time. She has an active role in taking care of the cash inventory, payments and salary distribution of the organization’s employees. Her academic qualifications include the bachelor’s degree from commerce background. Before joining ANSEC HR, she was working with the designation of assistant in Marketing Head Office of a Vacuum Cleaner company. She worked there for around 8 years. She has also proven her skills as a front office executive in Tech Pacific Company. She was handling the responsibility of handling the distribution of computers in the company. Onasking what makes her stay in ANSEC HR so long, she replied with a positive smile that this company has allowed her to enhance and grow with her professional skills. The friendly atmosphere with employee centric attitude of management has made her to consider the organization as her second home.
